Cookie Policy

We ask that you read this cookie policy carefully as it contains important information on and our use of cookies on our website.

Customer Care

Written complaints are initially escalated to the first level of line management above the staff member who originally dealt with the issue, with a further right of appeal to management at the next level should the complainant still feel that their problem has not been dealt with satisfactorily.

We aim to acknowledge complaints within three working days and to then investigate and take any necessary action to resolve the situation within 20 working days.

Deferral Policy

We have several Deferral Options available to allow flexibility to candidates’ engagement with the qualification and to help compensate for busy/challenging times in school that would prevent you from being able to fully commit to the course.

Equality and Diversity

The policy is designed to provide a standard to ensure that services are accessible, responsive and sustainable and to ensure that OLP and BPN Ltd is a healthy and vibrant place to work. OLP and BPN Ltd wholeheartedly support the principles of equal opportunities and is determined that everyone will have equality of opportunity in respect of employment. OLP and BPN Ltd oppose all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination on the grounds of colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion, sexual orientation, marital status, age or disability.

E-Safety

Our approach is to implement safeguards within the Company and to support staff and learners to identify and manage risks independently. We believe this can be achieved through a combination of security measures, training and guidance and the implementation of our associated policies.

Health and Safety

Best Practice Network (The Company) will operate its business in a manner which actively seeks to prevent or minimise the possibility of its operations causing harm to people, such as employees, contractors and visitors.

Lone Worker Policy

Staff who work alone do not have colleagues in the vicinity to assist if an incident occurs e.g., violence, abuse, a fall or health issue. Lone working control measures are designed to safeguard colleagues who work alone either some or all the time (e.g., those working in the community visiting settings, schools or colleges).

Modern Slavery

The Organisation acknowledges its responsibilities in relation to tackling modern slavery and commits to complying with the provisions in the Modern Slavery Act 2015.
