The ECF programme team look at how the programme is delivered to Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and Early Career Mentors (ECMs). We are joined by some of our delivery partners and participants who feedback on how they have implemented the ECF in their schools.

The team discuss the various features of the programme including:

• The programme delivery schedule and how this can work for you and your school
• The School Dashboard which allows for the monitoring of participant progress
