Major survey of school leadership challenges

Outstanding Leaders Partnership has launched its first annual school leadership challenges survey. Supported by Best Practice Network and the University of Chester, the survey aims to provide a detailed insight into the key issues facing headteachers and executive heads across the country.

Questions on the key challenges facing those in charge of schools and how they impact on the wellbeing, workload and resilience of the individuals and their staff will help us understand professional development and support needs. This in turn will help us to refine and develop our professional development programmes and school improvement services so that they continue to be relevant to the crucial work of schools today.

The survey takes less than 10 minutes to complete and there is a prize draw to win a package of free places on two of our professional development qualifications, potentially worth over £4,000.

The survey is open until Friday 20 April 2018.
